By downloading, installing, or using the Veylo mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

Description of Service

Veylo is a premium food tracking and restaurant discovery application that allows users to:

• Track and record dining experiences
• Discover new restaurants and cuisines
• Maintain a personal food diary
• Access premium features through coin purchases
• Rate and review dining experiences

User Responsibilities

As a user of Veylo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the app
• Use the app in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Veylo and third parties
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of the app

Coin Purchases and Premium Features

Veylo offers premium features that can be unlocked through coin purchases:

• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Premium features are subject to availability and may change
• Coin balances are tied to your user account
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing and premium features

Intellectual Property

Veylo and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our app
• Attempt to extract source code or proprietary algorithms

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Veylo, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Veylo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content
• Warranties that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding third-party content or services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Veylo.

App Store Terms

If you download Veylo from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Veylo at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the app will cease immediately
• Any unused coins will be forfeited
• These Terms will remain in effect regarding past use

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
